But at least doing better than I've been for several days. I hope nothing happens for long enough to not send me back into another nose dive!

Thank you guys for being here for me, especially yesterday afternoon and evening. Thanks to you, I am still alive and feeling a bit better, now!

Also.....Have you tried Trileptal as a mood stabilizer..talk to the p-doc.

Did something happen in Sept (other than 9-11) that maybe you remember?

So many people, when they learn I am depressed, they ask me why I am so depressed. If they don't know about bp, I just relate some recent trauma - whatever comes to mind.

If they even have a clue, I say, "No reason. Just depressed."

If they know me well enough to know I'm a beeper, it's "I'm a beeper, therefor, I don't need a reason."

People that don't suffer from depression just don't understand and, I walked out of the house and walked and cried for two hours, but I did feel better after the walk. try walking I found that it can help with stress. I will send good thoughts your way hang in there.
