Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
If you don't like her why don't you just per her on ignore? And let her deal with her problems however she needs to.
How could this person contact you. I would think your address, phone number and certainly last name has changed since you are married.
After twelve years or so, just out-of the-blue, you get a letter that says Im your new therapist! So tell me about the last decade Princess. >
That seems highly unlikely. Not to mention the fact that you, as the patient, can POLITELY refuse this therapist and ask for another.
And, I am taking the plunge here, have you made the decision to not take your meds anymore? I seem to have lost track.
If you have, you need to reconsider that, because you seem more fraught with turmoil than usual. Though, amazingly on target with being BiPolar.
Wait until you have calmed down to make your phone call. You are stressing over getting your daughter and yourself back in school. Just take a few moments to yourself and have some quiet time. Maybe go for a walk.
LMAO...
don't make me light candles and start swaying because l will
Why are you posting how she hurt your feelings? Do you want us to take sides? Should we hate her because she upset you? I am sorry if this sounds harsh at all, but get over it and stop holding a grudge. Please put her on ignore and forget about it.
This is too riveting to let it slither away meekly.
Cmon Princess!!
Where are you at?
My opinion on all this is that there are a lot of discussion posts that I read, and don't comment on, or don't even read, for any number of reasons. I have no experience on that, I have nothing constructive to say, everyone else already said it all, it just doesn't interest me, I want to think it over before I say anything, etc.
If someone doesn't like a certain post or poster, why can't they just skip it/him/her?
