I DO NOT WANT to quit
I quit once for 7 years
Quitting was the hardest thing I've ever done
Considering Nicotine is more addictive than Heroin, Heroin Addicts have Methadone to fall back on.
A smoker , is out there with your A#@ hanging out
GOOD LUCK !
for a girl. it is possible. :)
i chewed nicorette gum for a bit, and tried to smoke beadies (non-tobacco cigarettes) yechhh.
good luck to you. you can do eeet!
But it still sucks.
I just was sick of cigarettes. they tasted terrible not like they use to, and also gave me a cough that never went away. I mean never I still have it.
Good luck with quitting. I find that developing a hatred for them does the trick.
My sister was a long time smoker and she also used Wellbutrin to help her stop. She quit over 10 years ago, and I know if she was on this site, she would also encourage you to tough it out. It is worth it for your health, your pocket book, and I think you will start to feel better within a week. They say that every week after that adds a week onto your life. And your body will recover from the damage that has been done to it.
Over 5000 chemicals, with 56 known carcinogens. That doesn't include heart disease, lung issues etc. I'm with you on this one. Praying for you to stick with it. You CAN do it!

Unfortunately, I am smoking again. Sigh. I hate everything about it, particularly the way is smells, but I still do it. It makes me hate myself too. Grrr.
Congratulations on 2 days!
I quit about three years ago. I since have smoked about three cigarettes but that was a while back too.
All the best to you both and I hope you feel the benefits soon.
I still like midgets though. Never gonna give them up.
Tried the electric cig and almost quit but didn't make it.
Went to a quit class last night and it looks like a good way to try.
I do hate it but love it too.
Good luck to all who are trying.
Congrats on 2 days
