Today is day 2 of not smoking...me and my mom decided to give it a go together. I have some homeopathic supplements to help the withdrawls...but I LOVED smoking. However...working at a cancer center and being a smoker was not the best mix. Plus mom has congestive heart failure (her cardiologist told her doing cocaine would be less harmful to her arteries) so here we go...

I think it is wise to get their opinion as to how it can effect your current med regimen and if it needs to be adjust accordingly to nicotine withdrawal .
I'm no doctor, but think about it, nicotine ends up and effects your brain, changes your mood, and if you quit, shouldn't you substitute it with another med change?
When you quit smoking, cocaine or alcohol are not considered acceptable. Alcohol maybe but cocaine would be more fun.
you will begin to feel better soon...
it is a poison to us ...
your self esteem will get a huge boost for doing the right thing and having the courage to do it...
you will see soon the difference of being on it as opposed to being off it and your sense of self love will look back at the war zone of what it was to you ...we make our reasons as to why we do it ... but sanity will peek out at you and you will see .... OMG i cant believe i did that to myself ... it really is nasty as a habit ...
your senses will start to return... like your sense of taste and smell ...
you will come out of the fog that binds your mind by its use...
you may get sick at one point ... but this is to be expected and is just your body rebounding and healing from the constant barrage of shelling that each drag is...
you will thank God for your life back... that is a given.....
I apologize if you mentioned it earlier in the thread and I missed it but what homeopathic stuff are you using?
