My doc and I thought I may benefit from this so I checked into the price. It was $285 for 30 days and that was with my insurance! WTH is wrong with these drug companies! Who can afford that. This drug company must be counting on people to be in an extremely manic phase when they buy it! They're supposed to help people, not rob them blind! Okay, rant over. Back to the doc to see what else we can try that I don't need to rob a bank to take.

sorry to hear that. we are so lucky to have such a good medical card system here in ireland. I only have to pay 2.50 per script/per item regardless of what it is. would your doc have any samples he could give you? I know my sister who lives in sandiego sometimes gets free samples. worth asking. hugs.

Latuda and Saphris both are expensive.

I was on latuda for about 3 weeks my weight went up by 9lbs and my blood pressure went very very low both numbers under 70 range all the time. neither side effect was one i could live with.

but it actually did work well on stability for me. kinda messed up why cant we have stability and not gain weight or other side effects.

I think I'm going on it in a week.... Can you ask if the doctor can provide samples for you or if there is a generic brand??

The price of meds is much higher in the US than elsewhere in the world. Don't know why.
