I was deeply in love with someone.. and because of the way I am.. because of my " bipolar depression" he left.. and now I'm broken

I repeat. That says NOTHING about you but quite a lot about him. Not everyone can handle the mood swings and issues surrounding bipolar. My first therapy once told me "there are very few people outside of the mental health profession that won't be a little bit freaked out by it". People are just afraid of what they don't understand. We are all incredible and amazing people. Not everyone will appreciate us though. Take comfort that the pain won't last forever. It may take a long while but you will feel better and you will move on. No matter how much you love him, do you really want to be with someone who doesn't love every part of you

    I did the dumbest thing today.  I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds.  I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym.  What a dummy!
