what do you eat when everything makes you sick? I need nourishment because I can’t keep food down. I can’t eat or drink dairy. Anything heavy won’t go down

you can also get ensure or it;s equivalent in a small tub of mousse which is very easy to eat. you can get 200cal of 600 cal containing all the proteins and nutrients you need. i am shocked that your GP is not suggesting//prescribing this, you need a script for it here and get it in the pharmacy. they probably have different names over there. another one here is called forti-creme and they make a passion fruit one and a vanilla which are good there are other flavours to. I could not drink ensure but i could eat the mousse. worth a try. is the doc not concerned about your weight loss?

I've only had the vanilla in the Ensure because i don't like banana or strawberry flavoured ones. as said the one here called Forti-Creme comes in a passion fruit flavour , vanilla and others and is very nice and easy to eat in a minute or two. ask your gp or pharmacist as i don't know if you need a prescription for them. (we do). they go from 200cal to 600cal giving everything that you need. even here most people think you can only get Ensure in a drink from which can be disgusting for some people to drink but the yogurt/mousse is so easy to eat - not at all gross.
