sometimes it feels kind of scary you know? i just wish we could be ok....but...
we have to just try to think more that we are, because when i start focusing on me not being "right" and even get like paranoid of it or obsessed, then it can really take me down fast, so, i'm trying to replace these thoughts when i have them with more positive one's and it is really working hana:) i've just been trying to do this for the last month or 2...as soon as a thought comes along, like , "i feel like i'm going to never be normal, ",..or "i've never been normal and i never will" ect..i just replace it with..."everything's gona be3 allright" you know..and i just get out of the thoughts that start scaring me and bringing me down or getting me more paranoid
peace for you hanna..love, maggie
Keep talking,

The haze is fogging up my glasses and I can't see which way to go.
Hope you're feeling "right" real soon.....
Think of the word, "funktastic" and how many things you can truly apply that word too...
You might start laughing a little...
That's a "funktastic" thing. Thanks everyone. Still in a haze, still waiting for the pdoc to call, still feel like something is coming on, but I'm glad you've all been here for me. Thanks.
