I don't really know what to say, but I feel like I need to say something. I've been so strong for so long, recovered from bulimia and cutting alone, made myself independent, made myself do all the right things. But now this depressive episode has hit me with everything its got. I'm in so much anxiety I've been screaming. Not. Like. Me. I am Always Under Control. But I don't want to be in control anymore. Trust is pretty high on that list of solutions.
But that is me. . .
