I agree with Halter.....if there is not something you specifically want now, save it for something you may decide you want later. Another thought is to go to your favorite store and buy a "gift card" with it. That way you wont be tempted to piddle it away on nothing and you will have the gift card when you do decide what you want. xo

I'm new to the whole DS games, I like the games that make you think, maybe you should try those?

wait till the january sales and have a browse through a games shop when they bring games out that they have hidden now

My all time favorite store is gamestop.
I am a girl gamer and have my own DS.

Although thought about buying my games
at walmart this year. Went to the gamestop
in our town last week and there weren't
any games that I wanted. They didn't even
have a copy of style savvy. I was bummed.

Also I am getting money from selling my books
back and that money is also going towards buying
me more video games. I thought about Sims 3 for the

PC but I think I need to upgrade my video card before
I buy that game. I don't want to go and buy it and then
have it crash on me like the last sims game for the
PC that I got given to me.

Seriously, put that puppy away for a rainy day! Trust me, life happens, a bad tire here, an oil change there, etc, etc. There's nothing like the feeling of having a little padding "just in case". Pop it in the bank for a little bit of interest or in your sock drawer for easy access. Just don't spend it on iTunes!!! :-)

Seriously, my roof blew a chunk off itself and my dad was ready to kill me because I did not have $200 to my name. Coffee can. Coffee can. You will be very proud of yourself.

I spent all my itunes cash I had.....I didn't even think about itunes....

But there's no new music on Itunes that I want at the moment anyhow.

What I want are new video games. I am stuck on all the new
ones I have even the old ones I am stuck on.

Parents told me to spend it on whatever I want. They buy me groceries when I get low and they just bought my daughter new jeans because she grew out of all of hers and told her it was her Christmas Present. Because I was gonna borrow money off of them and pay it back but they said since the daughter wanted clothes for Christmas that's what she got. And they told me not to worry about it....so so far I have no emergency except for the daughter needing new winter boots and my friend told me not to worry about it that she would buy them for me. Usually when emergencies come up the hubby worries about them or my friend and parents help. I have no real emergencies to worry about this is woo-pie money to spend on myself. I should feel fortunate for all of the help I do get when emergencies arise.

I'd still save it. You never know when the emergency help will run dry.

With all the help that you can depend on with others that are so kind and loving to you, you might be the kind and loving one and give the money to a homeless shelter for mothers and children. You can be the special person in their eyes.

I have/had family that would take care of any of our true needs and extras.

My hubby and I decided we were tired of them buying stuff for us. We feel good about our decision and our relationship with the family is different in a positive way. I think we are also pleased to know that we are giving to our kids and our kids know it is coming from us no matter how small the amount.

It may sound strange, but it is nice for my son to come to me for money he needs for school. One week he came almost every day of the week for various reasons. Having the money to give him felt good.

I had a different motivation to stop taking from the family. I eventually realized you get nothing for free and something given can be taken back. I'm just to old to have them take a huge gift back that they have given me.

I'm sorry, I'm just rambling. I hope you find a great game since that is what you want. We all should have as much fun in life as possible.

Sorry, the wounds with the in-laws over a recent loss are still new. Plus I'm just a rambling zombie lately. I guess I should get of line.
