omega 3 in the form of flaxseed oil, super-B complex, vitamin C and cinnamon. I'm convinced that these choices are beneficial and who knows? They just might be., Good luck on your search.

This Study info. was very interesting, I don't think people consider foods causing allergy flares, I've never thought of it..... I use fresh herbs in a pretty wide range of ways for my allergies. When the allergies have me floored, I boil up a large pan of them and put a towel over my head and breath in the steam as many times as it takes. I can reheat the same pan of herbs for a day or three, if needed. It actually gets stronger with each reheat. Cleans out the entire respiratory system.
When can catch it on the prevention end, I will build what I call a "filter rag" at the first twitch of symptoms. I put respiratory herbs into a bandana and breath through the rag when exposed to allergens. E.g. Fresh mowed lawns are one of my allergy bad girls. If I breath through my filter rag when walking past them, they don't have a chance to work their black magic on me. The rag blocks the allergines while the herb fortifies my my respiratory strength.
And then, of course, there are all the classic teas and additives. Personally, I get more comfort than cure out of the teas, in general.
I would discuss that combo with your pdoc re the aggitation cc..... I went back onto an older duo however it works much better for me and I'm back to sleeping well with no agitation
