My husband used tub and shower cleaner....

Inside our dishwasher, and expected me not to freak out. Well, it took me a while to want to get over it, and I just put away the dishes from when he washed them, because I was freaking out when he did it. Then, expected me to be all calm about him wanting to use it in our dishwasher to get rid of the water stains. Well, he told me that we used cider vinegar before to get them out, but I don't even remember us trying it. Anyhow, I smelled a few of the dishes as I put them away, and smelling them made me freak! To me, they still smelled like there was some of that stuff in there evven after he rinsed it out two times, or so he says! Anyhow, I have taken my meds today, I am writing this to vent, and to try to relax. Also, he claims that he's going to keep using the stuff in the dishwasher, even when I told him I wanted him to stop using it. See how well he cares about my feelings? And he even knows that I suffer from BP. Help! What should I do?

You have to be nice to your husband because he loves you enough to even do a dish ..my fiance has no idea where the sponges are! Try not to get to down about the small stuff ..just breathe in and blow the anger out. I do it all the time

Well, I am a really anxious person, and when I asked him not to use it, he blew up at me, cursed me, called me paraoid (Which I hate!) And pretty much treated me like someone on the streets would if they seen some particular random person with bipolar disorder. Today he asked me if I hated him, and it had nothing to do with the diswasher, this was over something completely different. He has finally agreed to try citric powder or an entire gallon of vinegar just to soothe his schizoaffective wife. Also, I really am beginning to like the humour! I hate him sometimes, I really do. Just him asking me if I hate him today, made me feel desolate. I wish I could just go tell him to fuck off each time he hurts my feelings enough to bring me feeling desolate and depressed. But, that wouldn't be good on our kids. They already know I get sad, they just don't know why. I think one of them is beginning to pick it up, because they overheard people talking about it, but they weren't in the same room. Boy, do children have an acute sense of hearing! Anyhow, thanks for each and every reply! I mean it from the bottom of my heart.

Kids are like a barometer. I swear I think my daughter, only two years old, can read my mind. She is such a motivator to do the right things so that I can feel better. I'm saddened by the problems you describe between you and your hubbie, and pray that you guys can find peace with each other. Your kids need that.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
