there are moments when
I seem to run out of my own ability to
know what to do with my time.
It happens a lot where I am engaged in an activity
or something i'd like to do
and then I run out of focus
or occupation.
Idle hands are the work of the devil as they say
and I tend to do something stupid
Like look at things and engage in things
that only bring me down ultimately
and fill me with regret, shame, remorse
I wish I could avoid it
I wish I were more dynamic
but I just seem to need to keep pushing that rock
or this particular rock every once in a while
up the hill only to have it fall down again
and then slowly push it up again.
I wish I had a bigger imagination to catch myself
and enable myself to keep active and fulfilled
but I don't know or think maybe that I am the only who
struggles sometimes to keep myself well occupied.
I feel like a fuck up and like I am damned
though perhaps something good will come of it.
peace out -

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

lol
I'll meditate my way back to normal.
it's a daily routine of exploding like a roman candle from 5:30-10:00 am, then being a drooling vegetable the rest of the day. it sucks. my production is way, way down and i'm scared the fire is slowly leaving my soul for good.
For the past few days I've started to think my issues may be in part a response to my diet. I've been eating a lot of sugary things, I've had some alcohol intake and I've been drinking soft drinks (specifically Coke Zero.)
I've been managing alright, but been mighty grouchy, neurotic and impatient. I have decided today to start to rework my diet to a more stabile-making intake. Little sugar, veggies and lean protein and only one coffee a day.
Being sure to get on a schedule with sleep is also really good for you too. I liked my 'drinks' on Saturday (the start of my weekend) but I don't think how I react to it, is worth it.
I hope things get better for you. You've been going through a lot. Maybe don't push yourself so hard, if you're healing from stuff right now. When I was renovating houses, I got a lot done but I "trashed' myself and it took a long time to recover. Take good care. Peace my friend, Mark
