Happy to be getting off Depakote as it was hard on my stomach, made me groggy in the day, and gave me insomnia at night. Been on Quetiapine (Seroquel) two weeks now. I was already struggling with weight gain due to antidepressants so I was secretly hoping this one would not work since it is known for extreme weight gain. It may just be due to me sleeping so well but I feel great so far. Now I guess I just have to decide if I want to be obese and happy or thin and messed up... sounds about right.
