Im going to the behavioral center for an assesment tommorow, I hope they take me inpatient for a while, I posted here last week how my pdoc said it was ok to reduce my zyprexa, well It was a horrible mistake 3 weeks of hell. I started taking the full dose friday and Im still not right. Im hoping they can get me on track, Im very nervous.

I hope all went well for your assessment and that you get connected with a team of professionals that treat you like a human being first and foremost. You deserve it.
Oh and guess what? I missed one dose of lamotrigine and I felt depressed the entire day very strange. Just when you think you really dont need the meds is when you realize you actually do. Scary stuff.
Just being heard by empathic people reduces anxiety too. It's called catharsis, but I sort of think of it as the heart relaxing.
