Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

What would YOU do if you won the lottery? If I won I would find a program or place that treats the WHOLE body, not just with chemicals or talk therapy, to find a mental health regimen that would FINALLY work for me. I would work to get off of my meds altogether. (Years and years of taking meds that don't help have left me frustrated and fairly angry.) Treatment for mental illness is not for the poor or those with limited incomes. C'mon powerball! :-)

Hey All...I hope that you have a lovely, peaceful beginning of your weekI have a bunch of chores that need doing but may put them off til tomorrow and just hang out with my landlord/roomie todayWhat about you?...Anything special going on?Have a great day and take good care of you!!..Xo

I would invest some in my health/wellbeing as well
And I would definitely get involved in some type of help fund.....
I'd love to start a cognitive therapy group that was available to all who needed it ….. Therapy is very expensive and I'd love to see non professionals be able to facilitate groups under the direction of a therapist …. Therapy could reach so many more people and get involved in a clean water project.... I believe everyone should have clean water to drink
Swimming pool would have to be in there as well...….smile......xo
Yet I agree w helping others less fortunate. I think I would start a soup kitchen and/or go around giving a good healthy meal to the homeless.
I enjoy crocheting and as expensive as good yarn can be, I would spend some of that money making blankets.
It's funny we who have done without for so long don't see it as without but can see the struggle in others.
