Hi all , hope everyone is well. I have not logged in here for some time as my life had become increasingly busy , but now I find myself having an extremely hard time , i have been taking lower doses of my medication so that my hand tremors become lessened but now i feel symptoms coming back and I have no one to talk to.(at least not without being hospitalized and I can't do that right now or I may lose my job) I didn't cut for a long time but recently started again. I'm depressed all the time , feeling physically ill and I don't know what to do. This is really hard , I wake up wishing I was never born and i think about this everyday. I feel like someone has sucked the blood out of me. Constantly in pain physically and mentally. I just wanted to get some of this off my chest figured it may help me feel a little better. Holding together as much as I can hope everyone is doing the same.

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...

Idk what kind of work you are doing now, but I Know how hard it can be to maintain our 'sanity', all year long, year in and out, etc when our moods affect how Well we deal with the Very same things we were "doing Fine with, just a couple months ago, etc...." - you know?
Many Hugs - are you still painting to enjoy yourself, and to relieve some stress?
I am sorry you're having a hard time. I can relate to your sad feelings but take heart please. You're holding down a job and reaching out when you need that support. That's strength right there!

When I read your words I can see that you're in a lot of pain please reach out to your doctor... If you aren't suicidal you can refuse hospitalization however you could be seen more often on an outpatient basis....xo
sounds like you definitely need a med tweak if you're having tremors so if you could talk to your pdoc about it that would be great. we all need to readjust our meds from time to time to keep on top of things.
best of luck with it all and hugs to you.
