Hey all, i know its been quite awhile since i posted on here. Its been a summer all right. Its been something else........... You know how they say not to open the can of worms? Well a few months ago i decided to find out what my due date would have been for my first baby, the one conceived by r***. My baby would have been due on March 4th of 2006. They would be 20 years old. I was R**** on June...

No one is going to encourage you to commit suicide S .. You must know that... I know that people who don't understand having a mental illness can seem to trivialize it ... ..
I think it often comes down to not knowing how to help
I know that you haven't wanted inpatient in the past however it's what's helped me when I was really sick
You have care 24/7 that is there to address what your signs and symptoms are and I found that within few weeks I felt amazing
It might be worth reconsidering..... Another big hug.....xo
But i rang the crisis team in my new city and they made me a appointment with a consulant psychatrist on 29th dec to talk about meds as i had stop the seroqueol but it i dont feel i can cope till then. I having thoughts to damage my hearing just so i dont have hear the voices anymore. Its just too difficult. They wouldnt put me in hospital even if i actually agreed to. Its very hard to get inpaitent in the uk. Ive been sectioned before but its only if u act on harming urself really bad. And if i do that im not sure il be alive at the end to be sectioned so its best i just try aviod harming myself in the first place at all.
Its just torture. Maybe suicide is the best way but im not sure. Its so hard to think with these voices constant. How am i to decide.
Please take care of yourself! XO XOXO XOXO XOXO
I know it may seem to you like the Crisis Team are trying to harm you or kill you, but try to remember your Disease creates these thoughts. They aren't real. They can't hypnotize you over the phone, its just not something that can happen...its your disease putting thoughts in your head and scaring you. Please try and keep your appointment on the 29th and see the Psychiatrist, and perhaps they can help you with medications that can end the voices and the scary thoughts. Its difficult to get another appointment if you miss that one....so you really need to try and go.
And I know 2 days can feel like a lifetime, but you can do this. Find a photograph that's special to you, that depicts a recent time and place, a place you know is real and safe, and find a good memory in your head, some time when you were happy and safe. And if the voices start again, focus on that special photo and your happy place and use it to anchor yourself in whats real, happy memories can overcome scary delusional thoughts/voices, they can make you remember what's real in your life.
Going to see the Psychiatrist on the 29th is a great chance to get help out of the hell you're in right now, and the Dr.'s are not there to hurt you.
Take care,
Kat
You're in a new place now.... The people there don't know you .... Gentle hug S... I am so sorry that you're struggling.....xo
