Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
If you wont go to the hospital, please call a crisis line and talk to them about how you feel and maybe they can help you work through it.
Um, NO, you Don't want to go There. Calling the doc is great when we have crises that can wait until morning, but you might not want to wait so long with all these uncomfortable thoughts in your head.
So, do you have someone around with you? Someone who can be with you right now, or even go with you to the hospital? Someone you can Hold On to?
Talk. That's why we're Here.
Maybe since you have not been totally honest with your pdoc, your meds are not doing what they need to be doing. Maybe a break in the hospital is what you need to get yourself together?
The issues you are dealing with can be worked through one at a time. Even the creditors can be taken care of. You need to worry about you and only you right now and figure out what is best to do now.
Just don't let your guard down, okay? We'll fuss at you Later about the whole "I can beat this" thing...it's Okay. It happens with most of us.
Now, then - the person there with you - is this someone you can talk to about any of this, and have them understand? Just so someone close to you will Know, even if you'd rather not go to the hospital or something at the moment?
And, you know what? I, for one, didn't Meet you until tonight. It's hard to be Concerned for people when I don't know them. Same goes for others answering you now, I am sure.
Now you have More people who care, and we want to know what happens in the morning, okay?
Keep talking if you will, too. *hugs*
