wish I could afford tacos at home or taco bell in the next town over but I have to save my last little bit of money for clothes for my daughter for school as I am not sure I am getting anything next month and my hubby demanded half of my ssi check for bills

i can hear myself getting fatter. and mediterranean food sounds good but mexican food is so freaking good. i can talk about food all day long. and don't let me mention the traditional/authentic sushi again.

tortillas are alright to make, they take forever and everything i know how to make is in super large quantities, being taught by my mom i never learned how to "cut down" the recipes....she cooked for 9, i cook for 3....leftover city!!!

what you really want is some sopapillas!!! aye dios mio! with beans and chili, then hungry for dessert? throw some honey on those bad boys!!!


and sushi? plehhhh never had it, i ate bad tuna once, laid out with food poisioning, no thanks : )
