Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
If you are going to let "playing" games affect you this much, you need to find another hobby that might get you up and moving. Unless of course you are playing tennis on the WII.....if that is the case you have to have patience. This IS NOT going to happen over night.
What you are feeling is sadness and valid, but it doesnt have to completely control your life, that you can bypass.
I just think you are classifying "disappointment" with "depression" ....they are two different things. Depression is chemical and more difficult to work through. Disappointment is very manageable if you use positive reinforcement Princess. This is just part of every day life that I would tell my kids to "brush off" and move on. It isnt life threatening.
I want you to fight the fight. To pick yourself up off the floor even if you weigh almost 200lbs and beat depression. Beat bipolar, especially for those that have taken their lives because of the illness. Get up every day and know that it is going to stuck, but you do every thing in your power to succeed. Even if success to you is just going to the gym for an hour. Do it. Meds can only do so much. You can do it if you really want to. You are stronger than you think. We have a long life a head of us with many mental health challenges, so face these challenges and you will start to feel better.
How do you 'win' at wii fit anyway? You're just where you are- you'll get better and if you work at it- you'll be great at it.

Getting off your ass does NOT mean killing yourself to beat them, it means working a little each day to get there.
Focus on the baby steps, NOT the "big picture"
Focus on your purpose NOT all the reasons you probably "can" do something.
Find some Choices affirmations or positive affirmations to get you where you want to go.
Stop giving in to "Defeat", it will take you nowhere.
