I am a loser. I am a dysfunctional, stupid person. I think all I can do is annoy people... I'm just a bad person. I can't think straight. I can't punish myself enough for all the stupid crap I do. I can't do much of anything right... if I start out doing it right I'm sure to mess it up later. I can't let go. I can't give up, meaning I can't just throw relationships away. I can't shit can people and move on. I always crawl back saying sorry or trying to act like nothing happened and things move along for a while. There is so much I want to do but I lack the motivation and I don't care enough.
I see my therapist and he counsels me or whatever and I spend the next several days with my mind racing... thinking thoughts.. getting confused, frustrated then just upset with myself. (Yet I appear ok on the outside... I take myself to work.. do my job...come home... fall apart.) Then I get a couple days where I'm like ok I'm alright.. and anticipate my next appt... look forward to it.. get some things out... get a lot more to think about and the cycle starts all over again! I can't stop it! but if you asked my therapist he'd say I choose not to stop it. Oh I WISH it was that easy, I really do.
I want to get better. I do! but then yeah sometimes I don't... and I wonder how do I get out... but I'm too scared.

I googled it... and I kinda get it.... I also took a psych class and they mentioned it...but the professor said it was tricky and hard to handle??
