Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

Do you have a prn to take? or are you on an AP?.. Sometimes if I'm in rough shape I take a little extra Seroquel and it helps to get me through a tough time
Big hug of comfort for you and a blessing..xo
I have suffered with the same. It really sucks to have these thoughts and accompanying emotions.
It can get better. It will pass.
Do you have anything to take for sleep or anxiety?
Sometimes it is best to sleep it off.
((hugs))
Hurting yourself is a temporary relief- please try to ride it out- maybe if you have a pdoc that can help?
hope u see a pdoc soon, and get some sleeping meds and benzos.
Don't hate urself, u r a special person, put on this earth, please be easy on urself. try to read or watch tv, any activity to try to distract urself. hugs, tedi
idk- I usually had good pdocs willing to help with any in between appointments issues. Good luck-
Its nice to see you... I'm sorry your struggling, but you've come to a good place, lots of people care about you!!! WE can help, self loathing is part of depression, its in the job description....
Part of bipolar for me - is reminding myself my thoughts are sick, and lying. You've made mistakes, your not Bad - stuff like that. So admitting our brain is a liar - can help a little!!!!
You deserve love and care, and we can help - till you can help yourself more....
Do you have anything to help with your sleep? Even like a Benadryl? I don't take it.....I just go for days with very little sleep, then sleep a LOT at once to "catch up."
Can you try to read something mindless? Do word-find puzzles till your eyes are really tired? Maybe talk to a doctor about getting something to help you sleep better. Good luck. xoxo
can you call a crisis line before it comes to self harm? a friend or someone you trust?
i wish i knew the answer, but you're not alone in this.
