also, I know that there is a healthy sex board on ds. but, even here on ds, we beepers can face trouble from those who don't understand bp.

I"m gonna tell you like my friend who has 6 kids told me. When he's finished and rolls over with his eyes rolling back in his head, his tongue hanging out and your frustrated. Roll over and say with gusto " Go get me a Coke" then when he comes back and gives it to you, pull out your bottle of rum that you keep under your bed and spike it and tell him nicely. You have a drink to get yourself together again, so you better get your batteries recharged, or I'm gonna find someone who wants to be patient and kind. Give him the rum and coke with sweetness and tell him you'll be back after you fix yourself one . She says he always stays put and they get a laugh out of it and go at it again.

Here's another reason why. We guys sometimes have trouble with our plumbing when we are down or on the wrong meds. It took years before I was properly diagnosed and my bp would send me into terrible highs and death spirals about three times a year. I lost a releationship to sexual problems that occurred during my depressions!

That's a big deal, a very big deal!

Where else am I going to be able to discuss something so important to my life and wellbeing yet so tied to my being bipolar?

checked, this is all in my head, the problem only happens when i'm crashing. can't afford docs right now. I'm working an 'in between' job, an amazing job but I can only pay my bills and buy food and put a small bit aside for emergencies. Doctors are for rich people (by rich, right now I mean anybody who has a quarter in their pockets after they pay their bills).

I'm a member and it can be a good group, good honest, funny discussions. But princesses problem and my problem are related to bp and not anything else!
