So after about little over a year I have lost a lot of weight but my friend added me to a weight loss group that was meant to buy a special diet pill to lose weight on my end I don't think it's a good idea because I take a few psych meds and thyroid pills so I'm thinking I just need to up my exercise 2 like 20mins at least a day I think I will see results and leave the diet pills by themselves if you have feedback most appreciated other than that I'm just venting thank you

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Love the idea of upping your exercise regimen. Easy does it there, as well, but stretching your comfort zone can have great benefits.
So if you can do it on your own with just a good diet and exercise. And exercise helps keep your mood stable, just do you. Please don't think you have to be perfect. If your keeping the BP stable, if your living life, if your doing okay and life isn't blowing up everyday...then hey, sounds like life might be pretty good. You sound like your doing good by yourself, taking your meds, being healthy, taking care of yourself and that all deserves a big high five! Just keep it up and be you!
I'd avoid any of the diet pills while taking psych meds.
Take care,
Kat
