Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
today, i dropped a whole jar of nacho cheese on the floor and on myself and in my hair and on my new little throw rug.....at least i was able to call the dog to help me clean it up.
I think, its punishment for buying that comfort junkfood in the firstplace. i should'nt be eating stuff like that.
try not to beat yourself up ...eating out an option?
If all else fails do eggs and hashbrowns for dinner. You can also dice up potatoes and fry those but dinner will have to wait an hour or so.
I swear to never talk to the person again.
I tear up magazines.
Get you pdoc to givev you klonopin.
OR go burn your neighbor's house down for a therapeutic release. That's what I would do.
Ask your doctor for it! To get mine, all I had to do was tell her I had painted my nails right before I came to the appointment and then show her what my nails looked like after sitting in the crowded waiting for 20 minutes. She handed me a script right away. If not for that whole, "thou shall not worship other Gods before me," thing....klonopin would be my new deity. Benadryl does take the edge off. Good luck, hon! *hugs*
OR... play the Laughing game.
You and another person.... Take turns making up
fake laughs.
Eventually... usually with in the first minute... your laughing uncontrollably and maybe wetting urself just a lil....
No serious.
I used to play this game with my sister when we were grounded as kids.
Then we would get in trouble cause my dad would say were having too much fun.
It works. Try it.
