How many of you have showered or bathed today?

Seeing as the board has been depressed a lot lately especially those who are experiencing the holiday crunch....how many of you showered, dressed, bathed, or put on deodorant, brushed your teeth, or combed your hair. I am sick and I did. Just curious a poll if you will.

Its been a couple of days. I actually have an aversion to water or more like being wet so I have a real hard time. my wife freaks out, rightly so. it sucks. showering today though. i should feel better once i can dry off real good. at least i dont have hair to be wet

I was off work yesterday so said to hell with the shower. Did manage to slap on some deodorant before I went to work at the dog shelter, not that the dogs care. Sometimes so hard to shower when I am depressed, have to today though since I have a family get together tonight.

I have managed to shower and get dressed. That is a big accomplishment!

Every day BP, or night I should say. I tend to get dirty at work and makes more sense to shower in the evening. My condition has never stopped me from taking care of myself because I just can't do that as a business owner.

I haven't!!!

Now I hope I will though... but I think I need to take some sort of nap - I have not slept in a loooooong time - like yesterday sometime. maybe I should do that first? I am kind of wired though.

I am excited about christmas day with my grand babies and I need to be there at 8 am, so I am showered, washed my hair, set my hair, shaved my legs and underarms even though nobody but me would normally know and I'm psyched to be going to a the party of the year. My three year old grand daughter is getting everything on her list and she is so animated and I am getting a camera I wouldn't miss it for anything. Far fucking OUT.......!!!!!!!

yeah I do all that. I really don't mind taking a hot bath every day--it is soothing. I know when I am more depressed I have a hard time brushing my hair or bothering to do laundry. This sounds so bad but I had really bad oral hygiene--would barely brush my teeth once a day, and I got gum disease. Not to mention my house is messy and looks like a depressed person lives here.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
