I was med free for about a year and a half -- until after my pregnancy. I wasn't 100% by any means, but my moods were somewhat manageable. That is until I had my miscarriage.

Not med free. Tried that, got strapped to a bed!

I'm med free but by no means stable... I'm only doing it for my pregnancy.

I am not med free but have been at various times during my life. I could never go more than a year without an episode of serious major depression or dangerous dysphoric hypo mania.

Definitely not med free here. I don't think I'd be alive if it weren't for my meds.

Nope. Did that pre-dx, and well my life really suffered. After this last issue with "voices" I am scared into submission and am totally into my meds if it makes it go away. Too scary

I am med free and stable for the most part. I have had my ups and downs for sure but I was definatly worse off being on meds.

I have been med free for about 6 months due to loss of insurance and not being able to afford meds. I have started a new job and been there almost evryday for 5 months working as much as 60 hours a week and for the most part things are good. I ahve a lot of trouble with sleep and have on occasin had to go to the ER to nip maia in the bud but I am learning what to do to keep things from getting out of control. I am trying to get into a program for meds and I will go back on them regularly when all the paperwork is done. I feel like are like a net when you are walking on a high wire.

I tried to go the no med route for a few years. Tricked myself into thinking I could go without and be stable. Then all hell broke loose, and I realized I will probably be on meds for the rest of my life. Just something I need to accept.

I am med free and stable but watching myself like a hawk because I am terrified of having another psychotic episode. Was just at my therapists tonight and he ran "the numbers with me" as always, he is watching me too.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
