Just curious. My record is 7days but then I was in college and popping speed. Currently going on 5 days but my mind is still sharp as a tack. At a certain point it changes from sharp to obsessive psychotic and then it's just down hill from there. Wife is already talking about ratting me out to the pdoc, can I help it if I just happen to be ambitious and driven.

I'm feeling down,, and got alot on my mind right now. I got grief going on, on top my depression and anxiety and now I got to worry about somewhere to live since I can't afford living here since my mom passed. So many bad things have happened since my mom passed. One thing after another it seems. Yesterday our fence fell from a storm that hit, had to call someone to prop it up. Thank...
now, its only klonopin : (
but when i was really sick i slept about 2 hours a night for about 6 months
some nights i would get like a couple hours, but i'd have to say i know i went for a run where there was basically no shut eye whatsoever.
as soon as i move down to my basement downstairs i am going to try to track my moods and sleep and eating and get regular exercise.
right now things are too cramped where i'm at upstairs.
also in university, also taking speed.
no offense michael, but 4 days without sleep isn't ambitious and driven, it's extremely dangerous and reckless, kinda' like poking a sleeping tiger. if i tried that these days, i'd be in full psychosis by now.
The depression usually follows and then i make up for all my production by not leaving the house for anywhere from a few days, to a few weeks. it kinda depends.
are you on any medications that are supposed to help with the mania and restlessness? i was recently put on seroquel and its THE most amazing medication i have ever come across. i have been sleeping for 7-8 hours a night for about a week now. and my mood has improved so much. my manics and depressions are so much more stable and managable when i am on the right meds.
3 days of sleep during depressive episode.
It all equals out (shrug) ; )
I ALWAYS get enough sleep even if I have to take a handful of pills to do it. All carefully managed, of course.
