Like you my heart is breaking for Ukraine and Russian people....all others in the world who will be hurt by one man's behavior.....it's beyond my understanding.

It's a beautiful crisp cold day here, sun is shining and yesterday I put up a new bird feeder....it's been visited today!!! So that is my "happy" for today....tiny, yet still passing on to those who'd like to share a touch of nature....Robins have appeared also!!!

I'm concerned about the conflict in the Ukraine too. I just don't know why Putin couldn't just leave them in peace.
I will be soooo happy when Spring is here. Today the high is 35 degrees F, with sunshine. This week it is warming up a bit. No single digit temps. Our winter was brutal this year.
I'm personally doing good. No problems. Just a little bit of anxiety from time to time and that is great seeing how I have an anxiety disorder along with my BP.

Hi all!! Yesterday was beautiful then today I woke up to snow on the ground. Booo! Immediate mood damper. I’m blessed my mood has been stable since September. I’m ready for the sun to shine and warm out pools water.

Took a mental health sick day from work.
