Can somebody tell me what meds i can take with this effexor xr to help it along...im seeing my p-doc tomarro morning and i need some plans...ive heard of people takeing 2 ssri's and stuff like that...idc if i have to TAKE 10 MEDS A DAY IM TIRED OF GOIN THRU THIS!! I WANT MY LIFE BACK!!! sorry not yelling at ya just myself...lol im not playn around anymore or slacking anymore im ready to hit this $h!t head on!!!! thank u very much...lol
REMEMBER GUYS SUPPOSLY IM NOT BIPOLAR... HES TREATING ME FOR GAD, AND AGROPHOBIA... but i really would like ya's input

o and i am not a benzo person...dont want to have to rely on them...i do have ativan for emergencys :)

Abilify is supposed to help in conjunction with SSRI's to treat depression.

Crystal, I'm simple when it comes to diagnosis and meds. I'd nicely ask your PDOC why she/he thinks/feels your BP. Then nicely explain it's exhausting for you being on all these meds. Ask how we can simply all these meds by working with my counselor. Then wait for an answer. Also, if your not working with a counselor/therapist; I'd encourage you to do so. I learned numerous coping tools to address my ADHD/SAD rapid cycling when being eaten alive by anxiety. My point, I've gone from six psyche meds daily to two because I learned to modify my behavior. Hang in their, meds tweaks suck, I'm still going through one from a setback in May. Hugs, Brian

    Hey all, i know its been quite awhile since i posted on here. Its been a summer all right. Its been something else........... You know how they say not to open the can of worms? Well a few months ago i decided to find out what my due date would have been for my first baby, the one conceived by r***. My baby would have been due on March 4th of 2006. They would be 20 years old. I was R**** on June...
