I forgot my bedtime meds last night (which I've never done) and took the lithium portion this morn. I've been a mess since.  I want to up my Latuda on my own soooo bad right now I just want help. I've been wanting and expecting my psych to do so for me but I don't c him til next thur and right now I don't want to wait. I tried calling the office and they r closed and the pharmacy but they r super busy so I don't know what to do. My dissociation is getting worse and I'm scared. I know this all sounds stupid as I have to wait for him but I know he's gonna up it anyway cause I'm gonna request it

Trazadone will definitely become less brain reactive the more you use to it. It works with your Serotonin brain chemistry and the more you take the medication the brain chemistry adjusts to it. Just taking more of it, generally doesn't make it work better.

Also since Trazadone is an Anti-Depressant, not actually a Hypnotic Class Sleep medication, drinking Alcohol with it tends to counteract it, so it makes it not work.

And from what my father-in-law says, it is difficult going off trazodone because you get rebound insomnia. I was on zoplicone for a year and it took a while to withdraw from and still be able to get some sleep. Now I only take a zoplicone once in a blue moon. If olanzapine keeps working, I may not need zoplicone in the future.… Fingers crossed
