All you have done is Self-Care...remember how you felt when you came out of hospital...what was done? What did you do?
BP is hard, and so is ife...you can make choices to do things which bring you peace of mind. Perhaps walk outside, call a friend, or a warmline for support, listen to music, color. What ever you decide to do, try to focus in the moment and really see and feel what you are experiencing.
