Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
i read a paragraph on a mental health foundation site:
https://www.headstogether.org.uk/
the following excerpt:
Too often, people feel afraid to admit that they are struggling with their mental health. This fear of prejudice and judgement stops people from getting help and can destroy families and end lives. Heads Together wants to help people feel much more comfortable with their everyday mental wellbeing and have the practical tools to support their friends and family.
I really like the idea of learning to be comfortable with expressing ourselves.

Yes there's still a big stigma but things are slowly changing because more people are willing to stand up and I think it's wonderful.... Big hugs .....xo
I think mental illness is a bigger problem in our society than anyone is willing to admit to.
