Headed towards Mania

I think I am headed towards mania. I haven't been sleeping the last couple of nights yet I feel rested with mild energy levels rising.....not too much only mild.....I think it's more like hypo mania more than anything right now. What should I do???

If you are concerned, I would call your pdoc and just ask them. With the holiday weekend coming up it is best to nip it now. You know how it is, it never stays the same too long. Hugs

and...if they're not enough...call your pdoc for a temp higher dose...?

Well I have a birthday party to do saturday and I have to clean the kitchen and bake a cake today so I kinda need the multitasking right now....I feel good....not too good but my mood is slightly elevated.....

I did take my meds today had breakfast at 7 am this morning.....YAY me for being up early! I want to sleep in dang it! But it's good that I am up anyway I promised my line dancing instructor I'd make her a cd with music and I haven't got it finished yet and it's due today......at 10:00.

at the same time...

just remember that your body will compensate for you...

if you don't compensate first...

personally, i plan to make the first move this time around...

Update.....Called the pdoc and they said they would have to change my pdoc appointment nect week to today at 4:15. Apprarntly the pdoc secretary's said that my doctor has an appointment during my visit so she had to change it so I can talk to her today. So hopefully she'll be doing something about it....If she doesn't I dunno what I will do.....guess ride it out I guess.

Call your doctor and let them know you feel it rushing in on you - too much harm can come from mania even though it feels awfully good to feel so high. You know all too well that high is going to eventually hit rock bottom. I'm at the opposite end of the spectrum when I'm in desperate need of a little mania to get all my crap done here at work!!

Thanks everyone....did end up calling the pdoc and the secretary changed my appointment next week to today so I can talk it out with the pdoc....Maybe she'll do something and maybe she won't.

Still manic that 20 mg pill was only like a bandaid. I still feel hyper. Like I am on speed. I can't wait to come off of the rollercoaster. I want my 80 mg pill now dang it!

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
