Hey all, i posted on here a few weeks ago saying that i went to the emergency room and they told me i didn't need to be instituionalized or put in hospital. well things go way worst and i went back and spoke to the mental health liasion nurse and she sent me to a psyc hospital about an hour and a half. I was there for a week. Which may not have been a long time but all together i missed about a month of university and a month of school. I go back to work on monday and i'm freaking out. I don't feel ready but i should be. I don't want to fall into crisis again. I am still super depressed and i don't know if i can deal.
