frustrated with my friend

They have very little income and every time I call her they are out riding around. She complains that they don't have money for food and expects us to help. Gas is very expensive. maybe if they'd stop all the joy riding they could afford food.We are on a limited income and we go no where.She even went to the state fair last week and when i said we went she said
" glad you get to enjoy yourself cause i don't ". What nerve! thanks for letting me vent.

Dude I so hear you on this. My fiance and I are always hurting for money. When i say we are broke I mean like a couple bucks in the bank is ALL we have. This friend of ours and her husband are always like yea we are broke too. But I am wondering what is their definition of broke when they taking vacations all the time or buyin a pool for their back yard. If you have the money more power to ya but dont try to say you are broke like the rest of us who are eating ramen noodles!

Yeah, I hear ya crazy! I have a friend (friend?) just like that - always spending but always poor and asking for handouts. I'm more than happy to help but not when they're spending $30 a day on smokes!!

i think the mature thing to do is sit her down and politely repeat what you've said here.

and don't buy her food. she'll learn pretty quick to budget a bit better.

I know tons of people that have money and they're always crying Poverty! When I was 2 weeks from being homeless, they were stilll doing it! The balls!
