Forgot to take my melatonin.......

I forgot to take my pill last night and I didn't sleep at all......I need to be reminded to take my pill tonight......so who wants to be up for the challenge? Can someone be up until about 11 pm and remind me to take my meds?

You've had some good ideas here. Want to add something simple like leaving the bottle in the bathroom so you'll see it when you brush your teeth and wash your face for the evening.

We can help tonight but you will have to come up with something that you can depend on so you don't have to depend on others.

Princess... this is the one I use... download "Date and Time" it has an alarm feature... works great...

Use a pill organizer - it is the only way I remember to take all of my meds & supplements.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
