I have some friends that know I'm BP and send me jokes, it helps when I'm depressed.

I am told I could do stand up...I LOVE to make people laugh...it makes me feels GREAT!

I love finishing a project. I love that morning I wake up in the AM for once, and realize that i've not been depressed in a few days. I love those moments I get a letter in the mail. I love phone calls (on a good day. On a bad day I refuse to use the phone because "They" are listening.)

I love typing on my manual typewriter.

I love making people laugh too. But usually it's on accident.

Oh and I love chocoalte chip cookie dough.

my kids always bring a smile to my face when nothing else can!

Sitting by the lake during the sunset. Listening to live music. Hiking.
