I'm feeling completely hopeless. I've tried most of the meds for bipolar 2 depression with intolerable side effects. I've tried lithium, Paxil with olanzapine; lamotrigine, Seroquel, Abilify.

Keep hope alive Maui! I know it can be a roller coaster but find something a little thing or anything to take care of or do in a positive way and that will be a badge of courage you can hold on to. You’ve come on here seeking help, so that’s a big positive!! You want to help yourself!!! Good for you!! Keep on keeping on!!

Sending hugs. Meditation’ app…. Or your favorite music. Might that help for a period? I know how frustrating it can feel in the moments. Please allow yourself the space to take deep breaths and work through a list of activities if that helps. Coloring and molding clay can help.

i feel for you. hang in there-only 3 more days until you see psychiatrist. i take resperdone or resperidone it works for me. maybe it will help you

Latuda is great (for me) I felt like me...not a zombie. Had to adjust dosage, but it helps.

Great to hear,Lo. I went to the ER today and was prescribed Latuda. We take it in the morning with 350 cal. How long did it take to work for you? Were there side effects you had to endure?
