I've been receiving electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) for the past couple of months. I have 14 sessions total. I do think it is helping so I keep going.
My challenge is the "hangover" after. I get bad headaches, exhaustion, and confusion for most of the day afterwards. It seems to be getting worse -- lasting longer into the second day. Why would the hangover last longer? The treatment is the same and they're still putting in the drugs to reduce the headache and nausea.
Will it always be this bad or worse?

I have had alot of ECT in the past (I would have it done again if it didn't cost so much). To me the hangovers did get worse for a bit but then it got better again. So...there is hope. And if it works, it is worth it!

I took a day off from everything and just chilled. Because I was unemployed/underemployed for so long I had to get to the bank and pay off overdrafts, I paid off about 300 yesterday, still 500 to go-they are the only creditor who will...
