easily fatigued? or just fatigue? feedback plse!

Does anyone else find their symptoms increase when they become fatigued?

I don't know if it's that I get easily fatigued or if it's just mentally fatigued
easily.

I have tons of physical energy but that often outweighs my mental clarity.

Today I went to work for the 4.5 hours shift I usually have.
I was feeling pretty clear about things until that last 45 minutes or so.

I started having bothersome thoughts during that time and as soon as I left I just felt really challenged by the transition to off-work time.

I am trying to see if this kind of symptom-ful time after work is associated with fatigue. Does this happen to anyone else?

I get fatigued in extreme heat and humidity. Like I've learned I really need to take it easy after a workday. Also, if I don't sleep well at night I have a really really hard time the next day. I get depressed, and then irritable and anxious.

I find the humidity really effects me as well... You're often up really early as well Mark... Do you think that might bother you??
