Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
I feel like I'm going into a depressive episode and my fleeting suicidal thoughts have been more frequent and in my face. I just am so done with everything. Like I am not gonna kill myself because I have so much to live for and people who depend on me and my dog but I just am so done. I honestly just want to do a bunch of drugs and not care anymore my anxiety about everything is terrible and I am finally medicated for my ADHD and Bipolar and it helps but not enough i guess. I don't know anymore.

Hey all, i know its been quite awhile since i posted on here. Its been a summer all right. Its been something else........... You know how they say not to open the can of worms? Well a few months ago i decided to find out what my due date would have been for my first baby, the one conceived by r***. My baby would have been due on March 4th of 2006. They would be 20 years old. I was R**** on June...

A thought doesn't require an action... Please hang onto that....It's a symptom and symptoms can be dealt with.... Big squishy hug....xo
I've also spent some time listening to the negative, suicidal side (from a distance/ without judgment). Words like "Why am I doing any of this" are simply unattached words that bounce around in my head from time to time. They don't have power to change my feelings unless I let them.
Hope this helps and hope you're feeling better!
