spacekat my, friend, i will have a ton of scones - it will make a good dinner. i spent the day out in the sun and then to the beach for a swim. i bought one of those uv light things on ebay and i have just tried shellacing my own nails - we'll see how long it lasts.

well the first shellacing was a complete failure, it lasted only one day before chipping. tonight i tried the gel so i ll see how that goes!

went to the pool today because it was just too cold at the beach to swim and did 50 lengths of it and was delighted with myself.

I went biking yesterday to this lovely nature trail near my neighbourhood, and must say that it was a great time. I love being outdoors and feeling the sun and fresh air...

Hi all! Saturday night here and I'm stuck at home due to last minute social anxiety stressors. I feel down about that, cause I should be at the pub talking to new people. Complicated though, and my back hurts.
