Good February 1st Morning, Everyone!! Let's just say, right off the bat, that February is going to be an EXCELLENT month.

I've decided to make eggs today - poached, soft or hard boiled, omelettes, and scrambled with veggies and cheese for those who so desire! YUM!! *And toast, of course, with strawberry jam and orange marmalade.

I agree spacekat !!!! Off to a good start so far. My mind wants pancakes with a soft goooyy center in top with lots of syrup.

My waistline will end up with a cherry/Kale/ spinach/ coconut water protein shake

thanks spacekat, I am going to have omelettes with veggies and cheese for a late lunch as it it 5.00pm here and too early for dinner but a long time since breakfast of chia seeds and yougurt!
I brought Shane to the bus (an hour away) and found a beautiful dress for the wedding i have to go to on sat reduced from 80 euro to 15! and shoes from 60 to 30 so very happy!! I now have two choices a warm wool dress if it is really cold and the lighter one I bought today. I i go with the lighter one, i will wear the wool one going to germany on sunday.

Yes! We are off to germany on Sunday for Wolfgang's mother's birthday. she will be 90yrs old. I found her a beautiful wool cardigan today so I hope she likes it. I can't believe we are traveling again so soon! I am so excited and the wedding the day before with that night in a hotel it should be so much fun. my daughter and her partner are coming to the wedding too and staying in the same hotel as us. yay!

Please keep fingers crossed that my arm will have healed up by then!!

Eggs benedict sounds delicious right about now. Who's in charge here? Can I have some eggs benedict too? You know what, I'll do myself, no worries. Dobie, you want some. We got canadian bacon and lots of coffee. Anyone else want some breakfast for dinner?

YES!!! I love breakfast for dinner!! On the other hand, I also love Steak & Eggs for breakfast!!!

And Mimosas, can we have some Mimosas with the Eggs Benedict Pagan? Just make me a pitcher and I'll be fine.
And then a nap.....oh yeah, I'm a real party animal!

After a big breakfast and a few too many mimosas I'm ready for a nap too. Big time party animal. Hey, maybe we can bounce around on the trampoline for a bit after breakfast. May not be smart with all that food and alcohol in us but it could be fun.
