theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

MayB...knock it off! Why do we bipolars have such a low opinion of ourselves?
I get so tired of it, and yes I do it too occasionaly.
We are HUMAN BEINGS with talents, with faults, with dreams and hopes and fears. Just like everybody else.
You will find another job...it prob. won't be easy because of the job market now. But when you put your mind to it, it will happen.

The dentist was able to redo the filling and i hope this time it lasts.

I brought new york strips fried in rosemary, lemon and basil oil with coriander and dill, salt and black pepper with a little water added then baked in the oven for a little while. accompanied by grated carrot, chopped mushrooms, tomatoes and peppers fried in the meat juices with port and soy sauce added and more herbs and black pepper. the whole lot served with potato waffles. I just had mine with a small glass of port and am nicely full and satisfied.

for dessert i have some lemon gelato italian ice cream!

congratulate me, i finally took down my christmas decorations and unpacked the suitcase from italy! I even put all the stuff away.

i also got out the hammer and nails and hung two mirrors, two african masks and a giant clock!

i may join you all l ater by the pool, but for this evening, i am going to relax with a good book til my fav tv show comes on..chicago med and chicago fire. but a nice red wine sounds good to relax. are there many with you by the pool? enjoy and see you later.

for breakfast this morning we have smoothies and croissants with cheese and ham fillings (hot or cold) and also lots of tea and coffee with freshly made walnut bread. (haven't made that for ages). enjoy.
