Hey P! Good to see you too. I'm doing alright. Was planning on running some errands today, since my boyfriend and I both have the day off, but it's pouring rain and hail...... so looks like it'll be a cuddle in bed and watch movies kinda day.

That sounds like a nice way to spend the day Joneszy. I've been dealing with some mixed emotions lately and I've been very emotional. I'm not sure where its coming from but I had someone tell me it could be all my emotions freeing up after being bottled up by the depression for so long so this may be a sign that I'm finally coming out of the depression. If thats true I suppose its not a bad thing. Thanks for asking.

I know how that is. That's exactly what I went through when my meds started to kick in, and still a bit here and there. It usually does mean you're started to see the sunlight again, even though it's emotionally exhuasting. To me, it sounds like the ECT treatments are helping?

It is a nice way to spend this rainy day. At the moment, I'm sitting on the couch with my turtle wrapped up in a rag (she likes being in the dark) on my lap and messing around online and waiting for J to wake up (he works graveyard, so he walked all night last night).

Hey everybody - what's shaking? I'm getting ready to volunteer at the hospital. I didn't sleep a wink last night so I'm a bit tired - hoping the cold air will help wake me up.
