saturday morning and time for the 'full Irish' breakfast of bacon, eggs, sausages, tomatoes, black pudding, nushrooms, hash browns and piles of toast. plenty of fresh fruit for the health option too.

here's hoping there will be a few more of you around to pop in over the weekend. I think last week was the quietest week we've had so it would be lovely to hear how everyone is doing??

i'm finishing the ever present cup of tea and then taking a bath and heading off to see T.J. Wolfgang is coming this evening so we'll see how that goes!

Sorry I haven't been around much, have been kinda busy lately with a lot of stuff going on. I'll try to come by here more often. Been keeping up with appointments and errands and such.

Today my aunt and I are going to taco bag luncheon. A taco bag is when you get a small bag of nacho cheese Doritos and you crunch them up and out taco meat and cheese and all that good stuff that you put on your taco and you eat it with a spoon. They're so yummy.

I hope that having Wokfgang over tonight goes ok. And I hope you have a good visit with T.J. Thanks again for the spread!

Wow...no action on here since 9:00am! What the hell is going on beepers??
I went to visit my MIL today. She got the news yesterday that her tumor has returned. She'll have to have brain surgery again and they're going to put "chemo" wafers in her brain. Wow...didn't know that existed. But we had a good time together and I'm feeling better, sort of, about the whole thing. She was in good spirits too!
Wish me luck guys...this is a tricky situation,

Good luck dobie! I am more and more impressed with what doctors, surgeons, oncologists, everyone in the medical field has come up with regarding cancer treatments. There is SO much they can do??

Spacekat, how was your surgery? I am going into the hospital tomorrow for my mastectomy and I'm just trying to keep busy today cleaning so my nerves don't get the best of me! Positive thoughts, prayers and good vibes to all of us who need them!!!

PS. I just made a fresh pot of coffee! Who needs a warm up?

we've just realised that the time went forward an hour today so wolfgang missed an hour of the grand prix!!! we couldn't figure out what had happened!
