I had a great time in the ballpool, it is such fun, no wonder kids love it so much - very relaxing. i had some trouble getting out but made it eventually.

got my hair cut and coloured today, i've gone from almost black to a redhead and I was blue during the summer! my stylist has great fun with me. i feel like a whole new person. it feels good! nothing like a hairdo to pick you up.

of course i am now ensconced in my warm bed again with my usual hot cup of tea. how is everyone today??? hugs for all.

I LOVE getting my hair cut and colored, Irish! It IS a pick-me-up. In another thread I mentioned having a stylist to handle the daily maintenance. That would be awesome.

I'm doing laundry. What a drag....kiddo gets off the bus soon. Have you read any good books lately, Irish? I've got a stack of books a mile high just waiting for my attention. And yet, I want more, more, more! haha

i've been reading the poetry of robert louis stevenson (very dead poet!) and about to start a new book of poetry by theo dorgan a well known current Irish poet whom I have actually worked with. I am looking forward to that, it was a christmas present from one of my sons.my pdoc is getting me bipolar for dummies so i am looking forward to that too. i read shakespeare's sonnets all the time. and emily dickenson's poetry.

fondue sounds good -- a variety of meats first with salads and thick fried potatoes and then dessert fondue!! yum yum!

I'm good :) was kinda grumpy this morning, but good now. Was running errands since 7:30 this morning, but home now. How are you???

there's cubes of beef steak, pork steak, goat, venison, rabbit, chicken duck, turkey, and tubs of sauces on the side, enough for all. a huge platter of salad on the lazy susan beside the big one with the fondue and the meats and another platter of thick fried potatoes to finish it all off. tuck in one and all and don't forget to leave room for dessert, Ive been cubing fruits all afternoon!
