Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

i do like decaf chai in the evening, and it sorta' is an on-again, off-again habit. if i had my way it'd be espresso's, but i have to cut off my caffeine intake by 1-2 at the latest, and i like a hot drink in the eve.
living overseas, i learned the `tea-time' ritual. it's serious stuff.
Although I do enjoy a hot Chi Latte
Tannic acid makes me throw up.
I can handle Snapple. (Maybe it doesn't even really have any tea in it, LOL!!!)
I can do coffee in moderation.
One pot dark roast when I wake up.
Another pot at about 10:30.
One more pot with lunch.
And so on.
Then quit when I go to bed.
(Actually, I drink 2 big mugs a day.)
At night sometimes a hot cup of decaf peppermint or orange.
I will drink flavored coffee out or try others favorite coffees sometimes.
I mostly drink Coffee now for the buzz. None of thon Starbucks muck for me. :)
